What I keep, and why.

This site is run by Neil Tunnah, trading as the Tunnah Family Trust, ABN 58 400 143 412, Adelaide, Australia. Short version: I keep what I need to do the work, I don't sell it, and you can ask me what I hold on you at any time.

The website

Visiting neiltunnah.com sets no tracking cookies. If I add visitor counts later, they will be aggregate numbers (page, country, referrer), not individual profiles.

Email

If you write to me, I keep the email. That's it.

The scouting report

If you're asked to score a leader I coach, your answers go to me and nobody else. The leader sees averages and patterns across all raters. They never see your name against a number. Your name and relationship to them are stored so I can tell who has answered and weigh the pattern. Answers are kept for the length of the coaching engagement plus 12 months, then deleted. If you want yours removed earlier, email me.

The Playbook

If I coach you, you get a private page at neiltunnah.com/playbook. It holds what you write there: how you want to be coached, the plays you name, the tools you run, and your weekly readings. Only you and I see it. It opens on a code, so treat the link the way you would any other private link, and tell me if it ever goes astray and I will issue a new one.

The weekly five and the pulse. Once a week you can log five numbers, one of which is how you slept, and once a month a few more against your plays. That is health-adjacent information about you, so it gets said plainly: it is self-reported by you, it is never shared with your employer, your board or anyone else, it is used by me to coach you and for nothing else, and it is not medical advice or a medical assessment. I am a coach, not a clinician. If anything in those readings worries you, that is a conversation for your doctor, and I will say so. You can skip any week, ask me to delete any reading, or stop the readings altogether and keep the rest of the coaching. They are kept for the term plus 12 months with the rest of your file, then deleted.

The Film Room

The Film Room is by invitation. I keep your name, company, email and the code I gave you. When you open the room or a piece in it, that is logged against your code so I know what's landing. Nobody else sees it. Ask and I'll remove you.

Where it lives

Email and data sit in Google Workspace under neiltunnah.com. The site is hosted by Netlify. Form submissions pass through Netlify as a backup copy. Both are reputable providers with their own security commitments, and both store data outside Australia.

Your rights

Ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email neil@neiltunnah.com. I answer within ten working days. If you're in the UK or EU, the same applies and you can also complain to your local data regulator.
