AI won't replace strong leaders. It will expose weak ones.

Pro sport makes calls on live data mid-game. AI now makes that possible in business. The question is who uses it first: you or your rivals.

Best for: Leadership conferences, technology and transformation events, board briefings.

Keynote, 30 to 45 minutes. Panel. Fireside chat.

What the room hears

AI is the loudest noise business has heard in a decade. Everyone's racing to automate the systems.

Here's the turn. What decides who wins was never in the systems. It's in the people. We measure the business to the dollar, and guess about the people.

Pro sport measures everything, feeds it back the same day and decides fast. AI now makes that possible in business. When the read comes back in 30 minutes, not at quarter end, everyone can see who decides well and who doesn't.

Advice doesn't change behaviour. Environment does.

Reinforcement amplifies people. It never replaces them. AI won't replace strong leaders. It will expose weak ones.

What they leave with
  • Where the week really leaks: context switching, waiting on approvals, handoffs, rework, seniors doing junior work. And how to put a number on it.
  • Land, Stick, Hold: why a good day is not evidence of change, and how to prove it held.
  • The two levers that move the number: leaders who hand the decision down with a consequence loop, and a team where disagreement stays in the room, not the car park.
  • The question that matters: who uses it first, you or your rivals.
