Decisions at game speed.

Pro teams decide in seconds and review by morning. Your rivals are getting faster. Are you?

Best for: Senior leadership events, industry conferences.

Keynote, 30 to 45 minutes. Panel. Fireside chat.

What the room hears

Neil analysed 31 Test matches. When a team lost a two-score lead and scored again within ten minutes, they got the lead back 17 times out of 17. Teams that didn't score were a coin toss.

A lead is not a thing you hold. It's a thing that dies, on a clock.

That's not a skill problem. It's a decision problem. And a decision problem has a fix.

In business the clock is slower but it still runs. Every week a call waits, the fix costs more. A wrong exec call costs quarters, not days. Pro teams decide in seconds and review the tape by morning.

What they leave with
  • The three calls: Say it out loud, nobody else will. Do the arithmetic before you choose. The clock starts at the trigger, not at the try.
  • How to commit in days, not meetings.
  • How to review your decisions like game tape, and check your hit rate.

01

Leading Through The Noise.

Pro teams don't track more than you. They track what matters, and act before you do.

02

Would your team draft you?

Every team has three groups: champions, contenders and passengers. Which one would your team say you are?

04

The scoreboard you're not keeping.

Revenue is last game's score. Pro teams build every week to win the next one. Do you?

05

AI won't replace strong leaders. It will expose weak ones.

Pro sport makes calls on live data mid-game. AI now makes that possible in business. The question is who uses it first: you or your rivals.
